Waak: "Our ’06 ticket will help continue the CDP's winning tradition."

DENVER – Democratic elected officials, statewide candidates, and party officials will gather at the CDP headquarters on Primary Night in a Democratic show of force to receive the results of several competitive races across the state.

Among the confirmed attendees are Democratic gubernatorial candidate Bill Ritter, Colorado Senate President Joan Fitz-Gerald and several Democratic legislators and candidates. CDP Chairwoman Pat Waak will lead the festivities and congratulate winners throughout the evening.

"This is a great chance to rally behind our Democratic ticket," said Chairwoman Waak. "With these few final pieces in place, we’ll work together towards a victory in November."
