While at the website you can either listen to the podcast online. Or you can download the podcast in mp3 format to your computer.

Those with ITunes can add the Senator's podcast to their directory. For example Senator Fitz-Gerald’s podcast can be accessed by subscribing to her URL, which is http://www.clickcaster.com/jfitzgerald . ITunes will automatically download the latest update.
