DENVER—Seenate President Joan Fitz-Gerald (D-Coal Creek Canyon) has three
separate pieces of legislation to protect the health of Colorado's forests.

created dead standing timber. The beetle kill timber presents risks to our watershed
and causes great threats of wildfires.
