DENVER-Today, Senator Betty Boyd (D-Lakewood) discussed her bill that will require emergency rooms to give sexual assault survivors information about emergency contraception. Senate Bill 60 passed the Senate on a bipartisan vote of 25-10. It is up today in the House for consideration.
