Joe O’Dea Parrots MAGA Republicans & Suggests Mar-A-Lago Investigation is a “Political Stunt”
“If it’s just another political stunt by the Biden administration, which is what it looks like, that should come out as well”
The latest development in the Mar-A-Lago investigation reveals Trump allegedly concealed highly-classified documents on his property. He is also being accused of taking criminal steps to obstruct an investigation.

Earlier this month, O’Dea suggested the FBI’s search of Mar-A-Lago could be about “election year politics” which matches the rhetoric of other MAGA Republicans like Marco Rubio. Yesterday O’Dea doubled down and told Jewish Insider, despite the recent developments, that the investigation looks like a “political stunt.”
O’Dea confirmed he would vote for Trump in 2024 if he were the Republican nominee and he still thinks Trump bears no blame at least in part for the Jan. 6 insurrection.

Despite his criticisms of the former president, O’Dea described the recent FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago as a “political stunt” that is “undermining” Americans’ faith in the federal bureaucracy. But, he continued, if Trump kept documents he “shouldn’t have, that shouldn’t have gone on either.”
“The American people really want to know what’s going on,” O’Dea said. “If it was something wrong, he should be held accountable. If it’s just another political stunt by the Biden administration, which is what it looks like, that should come out as well.”
