NRSC Chair Unveils Campaign Agenda to Raise Taxes on Seniors

Denver, CO – NRSC Chair Rick Scott laid out a Republican campaign plan for 2022 and it includes raising taxes on seniors and the lowest-income Americans

The vast majority of Republicans supported Trump’s tax giveaways for ultra-wealthy individuals and big corporations, and now they want to hike taxes on working families. Rick Scott said “all Americans should pay some income tax to have skin in the game.”

Do Colorado’s Republican Senate candidates agree with Rick Scott’s Republican campaign agenda that includes a tax hike on seniors or will they reject it? At the debate hosted by the Colorado GOP last month, all of the candidates in attendance except for Greg Moore said they would oppose raising taxes to reduce the deficit.
